Accountability for Quality

Let’s talk about accountability for quality: During my work with many organizations I always ask them, who is responsible for their work results. The answer is not always clear. So, here is what I want to emphasize: Scrum team is accountable for quality. QA is not a gate keeper. Only if we build “Feature Oriented” teams, that have E2E feature responsibility including its quality, can we have “Built-in” quality and continuously deliver features to production. Focus in value creation can rely only on quality delivery.
