Requirements Management
Let’s talk about requirements management and value creation: Organizations striving to create value within a short lead time have to start speaking the “Feature Language”. Business requirements should be defined at Feature level and arranged in a form of MMF – Minimal Marketable Feature. The solution & implementation should follow this approach and continuously deliver value at feature level. However, one must not forget that MMF is not a container of User Stories, it is a business value unit that can be split to User Stories. Only after the organization achieves high fluency in this language can it utilize an effective value chain which delivers value continuously to its customers.
