Agile Champions

Let’s talk about “Agile Champions”. One of the key success factors in Agile implementation is the early identification of the organizational “Agile Champions” who are going to be the first group to adopt the Agile mindset that will lead the Agile organization in the long run.

After a thorough training this group of facilitators will be able start leading the organizational Agile implementation together with the Agile coaches. They may become a “Role Model” for the organization.

This is a real servant leadership in which the champions work for the employees and do whatever it takes to help them win. Agile Champions will be the ones who make the goals clear and then roll their sleeves in order to be the Tier-one support for the Agile teams.
